Upgrade available for My Glycemic Index

We’ve released an upgrade on the App Store for the My Glycemic Index app:
-Enhancement of French and English Food Database
-Search Engine improvement (cater for é,à,..)
-Minor bug fixes
-Change minimum OS requirement to 3.1

Hello,
does your application allow the user to update the list himself with food + IG they can find on other websites, and what is your source for the IG in the app (are they Montignac IG?)

Dear Isabelle,

Thanks a lot for your interest in our Glycemic Index application.

I’m sorry but for the moment it’s not possible to add your own data in the application. However, feel free to give us feedback or food items you’d like us to add and we’ll be more than happy to add these food items in the future releases.

For the GI values, yes they come mostly from Montignac but from other sources as well (Sydney University is also providing some values).

How can I turn this program to the french version ? Many thanks !

Hello,

If your iPhone is using French as language, the program will run in French. If it’s set in english, it will run in english. That’s as simple as that.
