We’ve just released in the App Store (France only for now) a book about animals for toddlers.
It’s a lot of fun for our children as when you shake the phone or touch the screen, you can hear the sound of the animals !! My daughter really enjoys it !

Good to know
- The current validated methods use glucose as the reference food, giving it a glycemic index value of 100 by definition
- The classification is the following: low GI are lower than 35, medium GI are between 36 and 50 and high GI are greater than 51
- The GI is an average figure measured on a group of people, which explains the minor variations from one source of information to another.
- Several diet methods are based on the GI (Dr. Jenkins, Dr. Michel Montignac, … )
